green hat for new ideas is what we mostly should be talking;
blue hat for big picture, managing and strategy;
Mostly lets disregard the other hats, but consider them in case they are relevant. The other hats are in order of importance for our chats:
yellow for positive affirmations;
white, for facts and information;
red for feelings and emotion;
black for negative comments.
