Slight sprains in the ankle, ligaments and tendons makes me think what should I eat to avoid this. Also, they do crack when not running and I stretch my feet in the air throuh a wide range of motion.
Also, something that does not help is that no road is smooth, always having to go up and down through sidewalks to the street and back, in the rest you have to move through bridges, the road itself because sidewalks are narrow and broken.
