This guest removed the chairs from his house. This seems amazing and would love to do. He lives with his wife and two daughters. He has an interesting life story, more or less in his own words: a young problematic drunk that got into militia just to realize that even if they gave him good discipline he wasn’t worth as much to the other side. Later on become a professor in fitness, and later a Pilates instructor. He mentions the saying:
“In 10 sessions, you feel better, 20 sessions you look better, 30 sessions you have a completely new body.”
But after some time he felt that this practice opened doors that could send him through an even deeper path. And abandon that practice as a ladder that goes up and then is left behind.
Now he teaches how to live more in touch with nature and our elementary bodily functions. Hence running is play, and going barefoot allows more feedback from the what’s happening in the ground and in your body. His general correctives to all people are to consider the head position, since it’s so heavy to carry around in a forward position, and considering what in your daily 8 hour bedroom could be different. Also he suggests a ton load of books on his website. Here a copy + paste of that part of his website:
