Products Launched
NEWM Ecosystem
There was no release plan stragey. As the 1st full-time product manager, I implemented agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and follow-ups across more than 5+ teams. Teams gathered with PRDs, fluid communication and a solid timeline.
NEWM Studio: Music Distribution
The pain point was that most distribution services keep a percentage of streaming royalties. This was my first initiative launched to enable 100+ musicians, and growing, to share their songs on main streaming platforms while keeping 100% of streaming royalties.
NEWM Marketplace: Royalties
The internal problem to overcome is that there was no company documented knowledge of what and how to build. I implemented small building cells (of 3 people) between product, design, and development along with Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to build understanding, agreement, ownership, and proper communication with stakeholders internally to the company and externally.
NEWM TheRecordStore: Collectibles
Users couldn't understand how to listen to songs, and purchase them. I launched Version 2.0 of this project with a clean and clear UX flow so that listeners could find new music and buy 150+ collectible items. The upcoming challenge is to build proper success metrics of how users experience the site and how it relates to value in the whole ecosystem.
Hackathons, Projects, Incubation, Pitches, and Documentation
Trust Pay @ Hackathon: Think and Dev
In this Web3 hackathon I brought the original idea that was built, to enable an automated administration service so that users can follow their payments and expenses in real-time. We won a clean code documentation prize: 100 dollars.
Trust Pay Brief @ Incubator: Speezard
We wanted to drive our project forward, with more Web3 business understanding. We won entry to a Web3 pre-seed incubator with a fee waiver and built an evolving project for B2B2C, so that our users could solve real-life scenarios for a mass user base.
Giver Project @ Pre-Seed Incubator
We talked with 10+ NGO founders and donors to understand how to generate a loop so that donors would keep donating after campaigns ended, a very Latin America specific issue. In this Web3 pre-seed incubator we built our pitch deck, and re-branded for donations, so that we could engage donors to causes for a lifetime.
Giver: 3-Minute Pitch @ ETH Event
Why is it hard for Latin America NGOs to keep engagement with their public? We aimed to resolve this and give a more continuous engagement between volunteers and NGOs. We won access to Quadratic funding through this web3 live and in-person event, so that we can engage more people to causes they like.
Giver: 5-Minute Pitch @ YouTube
We need to best understand what do NGOs look like in the Web3 space and how they raise funding: none of them had a reputation system, which can foster trust and more collaboration. In this web3 event in Buenos Aires, we recorded our pitch-deck, to propose that building such a system can engage users at a more personal and sustained way.
Challenges (Alone)
Vibrant @ Stellar Development Foundation [Web3]
Vibrant is based on a solid blockchain that aims for growth in a huge region as Latin America. The aim was to think about how to grow the current use base to a massive audience with a physical card backed up with stablecoins. Feedback: Use metrics.

My Strengths and Career Goals
I don't want to stay stagnant as an Individual Contributor (IC). I want to see up to 2030 if I can lead other people in a Head of Product or Product Lead roles. My current Goals to develop skills are around: data, strategy, culture.
