My Web3 Product Portfolio
Here is some of my work, in the spirit of OnePage/OneHour+. Most things here belong to collective efforts. I share results, my thinking process, and projects as a Product Manager driving Web3 innovation. (Please don´t mind too much about the UI, I´m not a designer.)
These are some of my UX case studies, including industries like wellbeing, media, and even hackathons and startup participations, as well as challenges done while interviewing with hiring companies.
Products Launched
NEWM Ecosystem
– As the 1st full-time product manager, I implemented agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and follow-ups across 5+ teams. I gathered teams with PRDs, fluid communication, and a solid roadmap.
NEWM Studio: Music Distribution
– Most distribution services keep a percentage of streaming royalties. I launched this initiative to enable 100+ musicians to share songs on main streaming platforms while keeping 100% of royalties.
NEWM Marketplace: Royalties
– No documented knowledge existed on what and how to build. I implemented small building cells (3 people) between product, design, and development with PRDs for understanding, agreement, ownership, and communication.
NEWM TheRecordStore: Collectibles
– Users struggled to listen to songs and purchase them. I launched Version 2.0 with a clean UX flow, enabling listeners to find music and buy 150+ collectible items. Next challenge: success metrics.
NEWM Mobile App: Listening
– Unified criteria on user journeys and pain points across Android and iOS teams. I oversaw UI implementation from a Product QA standpoint for a smooth UX.
Hackathons, Projects, Incubation, Pitches, and Documentation
Trust Pay @ Think and Dev
– In this Web3 hackathon, I proposed an automated administration service for real-time payment tracking. Won a $100 clean code documentation prize.
Trust Pay @ Incubator: Brief
– Won entry to a Web3 pre-seed incubator with a fee waiver. Built a B2B2C project for real-life payment scenarios.
Giver @ Pre-Seed Incubator Speezard
– Talked with 10+ NGO founders/donors to address Latin America-specific donation continuity issues. Built a pitch deck and re-branded for sustained donor engagement.
Giver: 3-Minute Pitch @ ETH Event
– Addressed low NGO engagement in Latin America. Won Quadratic funding for a Web3 event to engage more people with causes.
Giver: 5-Minute Pitch @ YouTube
– Proposed a reputation system for Web3 NGOs to foster trust and collaboration. Recorded a pitch in Buenos Aires to engage users sustainably.
Challenges (Alone)
Vibrant @ Stellar Development Foundation [Web3]
– Aimed to grow Latin America’s user base with a physical card backed by stablecoins. Feedback: Use metrics.
Colonist Mobile Gaming [Web2]
– Improved UX flow with non-invasive user education nudges. Feedback: Use standardized metrics.
Point of Sale POS @ Alegra [Web2]
– Planned a strategy to simplify user journeys for LatAm POS users, avoiding external FAQs.
