I´m Benji, a Product Manager in tech

Welcome

☺️ Hi, thanks for coming over.

(I’m really curious to know how you got here, and to know more about you. My expectation is that you’re a bit of a indie navigator of sorts. I aim more for connection than for virality.)

Academic Background

  • Sociologist: I did a masters´ research on urban spaces and public behaviour.
  • System´s Analyst: Finishing thesis, on a Internal Inventory Management System.

Working

🏆 I´ve been working in tech over the past 5+ years.

Best-case scenario I aim that all these skills in sociology and systems’ analysis bundle up together in the long run. I aim to build tech products with real-world impact.

Building

I’ve been building a website with github for over a decade. Always fun to keep learning more git, static website, UX, and sometimes more vim.

See my product portfolio, and let’s talk!

Interests and challenges

👾 Fun facts: I’ve completed a study on urban art from a sociological and ethnographic view. On product and tech, I aim to learn more about Customer Experience [CX], User Experience [UX], and Artificial Intelligence [AI]. I love Information Architecture [IA]: it’s a fun challenge to trim out the parts that don’t matter. My site was much worse before, always aiming to improve. :) As Goktug says:

I’m open to I crave any and all sort of feedback for every aspect and decision of my life. Please tell me what I need to hear, increase my awareness and make me wiser.

🎤 Builder presentation: I did an incubation project in 2023 and presented at ETHargentina. Ongoing. See my 3-minute pitch at live event.

📃 Feel free to know more about me, and reach out: check my goals and cv in footer.

About this Site

  • This page is built with jekyll, ruby, markdown and HTML
  • I prefer to use code, not a no-code solution
  • You can do the same in a terminal:

Creed

Tech independence + avoiding free trojan-like gifts

There’s a number of personal blogs that I like to read. There’s a certain spirit of let’s build an opinion, a connection, and overall take personal notes about the world, the seld, and so on.

I share Josh Sherman´s belief:

It’s my belief that everybody should have their own slice of the Internet. Share your opinions, document your life. Control the narrative, instead of giving the content away to some soulless corporation.

Connecting: Do you have a product vision, or idea?

Open to PM roles. Let´s connect and make it happen! :D

When is the best time for you?
